Nehir Yardimci is a highly respected global executive and strategic operator in\u00a0mining, construction, and international development<\/b>, with over 30 years of leadership experience in high-risk, high-reward markets across the\u00a0Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and the United States<\/b>. He currently serves as\u00a0Vice President of Strategy & Planning at MASCO Group Construction<\/b>, where he oversees joint venturepartnerships with leading Turkish firms in the infrastructure and engineering sectors.<\/p>

As\u00a0Chairman of GEOGOLD<\/b>, a mineral exploration and development company based in Saudi Arabia,\u00a0Nehir leads\u00a0strategic planning, government engagement, and the execution of multi-jurisdictional\u00a0<\/b>mining operations<\/b>, currently managing ten pending exploration license applications across the Kingdom.<\/p>

Previously, Nehir served as\u00a0Vice President of Redwood Global Inc.<\/b>, the U.S. arm of\u00a0MAPA Group \/\u00a0<\/b>MNG Holding<\/b>\u2014one of the world\u2019s largest infrastructure conglomerates. At Redwood, he directed\u00a0multinational engineering operations and energy-focused logistics initiatives, collaborating with sovereign\u00a0and institutional partners to advance large-scale developments across the EMEA region.<\/p>

Nehir began his career in\u00a0civil engineering<\/b>, graduating in 1995 from\u00a0Eastern Mediterranean\u00a0<\/b>University<\/b>\u00a0before completing his\u00a0MBA in Global Management<\/b>\u00a0in the United States. Early in his\u00a0professional journey, he contributed to the\u00a0Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympics<\/b>\u00a0as a project engineer\u00a0and served as attach\u00e9 for the\u00a0Turkish National Olympic Committee<\/b>, later transitioning into the nonprofit housing sector as a construction site manager.<\/p>

From 2003 to 2011, Nehir led U.S.-backed infrastructure and base development projects in\u00a0Iraq,\u00a0<\/b>Afghanistan, and Africa<\/b>, serving as\u00a0Area Operations Manager<\/b>\u00a0for five DFAC military installations\u00a0under the U.S. Army. As a subcontractor for\u00a0Lockheed Martin, KBR, and Halliburton<\/b>, he successfully\u00a0managed the full project lifecycle for nine major infrastructure contracts, delivering turnkey solutions\u00a0under austere and politically sensitive conditions.<\/p>

At GEOGOLD, Nehir now focuses on\u00a0resource-based economic development<\/b>, overseeing exploration,\u00a0licensing, and joint venture structuring for mineral assets across\u00a0Saudi Arabia and select African\u00a0<\/b>jurisdictions<\/b>. He is actively advancing initiatives to integrate\u00a0tokenization models and digital asset\u00a0<\/b>strategies<\/b>\u00a0into traditional mining operations, aiming to bring greater transparency and liquidity to the\u00a0commodities sector.<\/p>

Fluent in\u00a0English and Turkish<\/b>, Nehir is recognized for his ability to lead under pressure, build high-level\u00a0government relationships, and execute complex, cross-border infrastructure solutions.
